I don't know how but the first time i played silent hill 4 i somehow skipped the scenes of henry going through the hole without eileen and the following scene of them talking about joseph and how to escape. i guess i must i've rushed off without noticing eileen was back a few rooms cause i don't think you can get the small key unless you meet.
