Actually had this in "dc v.s marvel". this was one fight that they did perfectly, and got the powers right. the flash can run circles around quicksilver. to flash, quicksilver would be to him what a normal person is to quicksilver. Flash is the super fast superhero from dc comics and part of the justice league. quicksilver is the super fast superhero from marvel comics and sometimes an avenger. comparing these two isn't. So basically, is quicksilver came into the dc universe, flash would be faster, but if they went into the mcu, then quicksilver would be quicker, because there is no speed force in the marvel universe..
